Terms and Conditions

Hot Shots Basketball LLC, its members, employees, and any and all individuals affiliated (volunteering, sponsoring, representing) is NOT liable for any injury, harm or illness  (including death) to you or your child. You understand the risk involved in playing basketball and exercising and do not hold us responsible in anyway shape or form. By registering and/or submitting payment you are agreeing NOT to sue Hot Shots Basketball LLC, its members or any individuals affiliated with this company. 

You are granting permission to Hot Shots Basketball LLC, hereinafter known as the “Media” to use your child's image (photographs and/or video) for use in Media publications including but not limited to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Tiktok) advertising/marketing prints/documents, hotshotsbasketballnyc.com website, or instructional videos. 

You are waiving any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.

I understand and agree that once payment is submitted to Hot Shots Basketball LLC, there are no refunds. There are no exceptions to this policy. 

I understand and agree that if my child misses a scheduled class that there are no make-up days. I understand that I can only attend the class I have registered for and there are no exceptions to this policy.

I understand and agree that there is one (1) rain date scheduled for a 4-week Hot Shots Basketball Program and two (2) rain dates scheduled for a 6 through 8 week Hot Shots Basketball Program.

I understand and agree that if a scheduled class runs for AT LEAST half of the class time (ex: 23 minutes of a 45 minute class or 20 minutes of a 40 minute class), and is cancelled due to weather, safety issue, or any other unforeseen circumstance, that there will be no rain date or make-up scheduled for that cancelled class. (Example: For a class that is scheduled from 9-9:40am: if it starts to rain at 9:12am and the class is cancelled due to safety issues, it WILL be made up if there are available rain dates for that season because it was before the halfway mark. If it starts to rain at 9:24am and the class is cancelled due safety issues, it WILL NOT be made up because it was past the halfway mark.)

I understand and agree that all scheduled dates, times, and events are subject to change based on the sole discretion of Hot Shots Basketball.
